Our story.

Twenty years of ground-up site work across Alabama. That kind of experience shows in the finished project.

Edmonds Environmental team and craftsmanship detail

Grounded in experience.

Quinn Edmonds started this company in middle school with a lawn mower and a route his parents drove him to. He built it through a finance degree at the University of Alabama, expanding from lawn care into site work, hardscape, and landscape construction as he went. That path matters because it's how you learn what the ground requires before anything goes on top of it.

Edmonds Environmental grew by taking on the jobs that required more, sites with serious grade challenges, drainage problems that other contractors walked away from, retaining walls that had to hold. That foundation in site work and ground-up construction is what separates this company from firms that design first and figure out the ground later.

Today Edmonds Environmental handles full design-build commissions, outdoor living spaces, hardscape, planting, irrigation, and drainage for residential and commercial clients across Alabama. The company is larger. The approach hasn't changed.

Our Process

Every project starts with an honest site conversation. What you want, what the property needs, and where those two things have to be reconciled. Quinn and his team will tell you what they see before they tell you what they can build. That sequence, ground first, structure second, finish third, is what produces work that holds up.

01

Discover

We study the property, define the brief, and understand how the landscape needs to perform.

02

Shape

Concept, materials, circulation, and grading come together into a clear design direction.

03

Build

The work is executed with a consistent standard across hardscape, planting, and technical systems.

04

Refine

Final adjustments, handoff guidance, and seasonal recommendations ensure the project lands correctly.

Certifications & partnerships

The materials on a finished project matter as much as the hands that install them. Preferred installer relationships with Belgard and Allan Block mean working within manufacturer specifications from the start, qualifying completed work for extended warranty coverage, and having direct access to technical support when site conditions require it. These aren't relationships that exist on paper. They hold because the installation standard required to maintain them is met, job after job.
