The pool went in as the organizing element, and the terrace was designed around it, large-format limestone pavers laid on a precise grid with artificial turf channels running between them. The result reads as a single composed surface rather than a deck with grass filling the gaps. White square columns with torch lighting define the pool's perimeter. An outdoor kitchen anchors the space at the rear, pulling the living area away from the water while keeping it visually connected. Irrigation, drainage, and a fully replanted modern landscape completed the site.
